HP-50+
J&W HP-50+ GC Columns from Agilent Technologies
Agilent J&W HP 50+ is a (50%-phenyl)-methylpolysiloxane phase which is excellent for confirmational analysis. These mid-polarity phase columns are generally used for analysis of polar compounds such as chlorinated pesticides, herbicides, and basic drugs. They are often used in conjunction with a second column to provide confirmational information. Additionally, the phase ratios of the 0.32-mm series are maintained in the 0.20-mm series, simplifying transfer of methods to GC/MS systems.
